  • A dessert with cocoa, nuts, molasses and rum.


  • 1 cup fine dry cookie or cake crumbs
  • 1 cup confectioners' sugar (sifted)
  • 2 tbsp cocoa
  • 1 cup nuts (chopped)
  • 2 tbsp Original Molasses
  • 1/4 cup rum or brandy


  1. Mix first four ingredients. Add molasses and rum or brandy. Mix well.
  2. Shape into balls with hands dusted with confectioners’ sugar.
  3. Roll balls in confectioners’ sugar.
  4. Chill until ready to serve.
