Classic Pumpkin Pie Recipe

Ingredients
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp ginger
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/8 tsp ground cloves
- 1/2 cup Original Molasses
- 2 cup canned pumpkin
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 9 inch pastry shell, unbaked
Directions
- Sift together sugar, flour, salt and spices into mixing bowl.
- Add molasses, pumpkin and eggs; mix well.
- Stir in evaporated milk.
- Pour into unbaked pastry shell. Bake in 400F oven for 50 minutes, or until tip of knife inserted in center comes out clean.
