Banana Whip Topping

- A banana frosting for your cakes.
- 1 C. heavy cream, chilled
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 Tbsp. Grandma’s® Original Molasses
- 1/8 tsp salt 1 tsp granulated sugar
- Using a chilled mixing bowl, whip heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- While cream is whipping, mash banana in a small bowl until smooth.
- Add molasses, salt, and sugar to banana and stir to combine.
- When cream is ready, gently fold in the banana mixture.
