Spicy Peanut Dipping Sauce Recipe

A spicy Thai-style peanut dipping sauce great for meats, vegetables or any type of cuisine.

Yield: 4 Servings

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup chicken stock
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp Grandma’s® Original Molasses
  • 1 tbsp ginger (minced)
  • 1 garlic clove (minced)
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp chili flakes
  • 1 tsp red curry paste
  • 1 shallot (peeled and chopped)

Directions

  1. Place ingredients in blender or food processor. Blend until smooth. Refrigerate.
  2. Use sauce on your favorite meat or vegetable. Enjoy!
