Bran Muffin

Grandma’s® Bran Muffins Recipe

Yield: 48 muffins

  1. Preheat oven to 400F. In medium bowl, mix 1 cup bran cereal, raisins and water. Set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Mix in bran-raisin mixture.
  3. Pour into greased muffin pan. Fill 2/3 full and bake for 20 minutes. Place muffins onto rack to cool.
