Grandma’s® Bran Muffins Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 cup Grandma’s® Original Molasses
 - 2 1/2 cup bran cereal
 - 1 cup boiling water
 - 1/2 cup canola oil
 - 1 cup raisins
 - 2 eggs, beaten
 - 2 cup buttermilk
 - 2 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
 - 2 1/2 tsp Clabber Girl® Baking Soda
 - 1/2 tsp salt
 
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400F. In medium bowl, mix 1 cup bran cereal, raisins and water. Set aside.
 - In a large bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Mix in bran-raisin mixture.
 - Pour into greased muffin pan. Fill 2/3 full and bake for 20 minutes. Place muffins onto rack to cool.
