Ingredients
- 6 Rich Shortbread Cookies
- 6 Tbsp. Grandma’s® Molasses Salted Caramel Sauce
- 3 C. vanilla ice cream
- Whipped cream
- Chopped pecans for garnish
Directions
- Prepare the Rich Shortbread Cookies as directed.
- Prepare the Grandma’s® Molasses Salted Caramel Sauce as directed.
- In a medium bowl, beat the ice cream with a hand mixer for about 30 seconds to slightly soften it.
- Drizzle in 4 tablespoons of the Molasses Salted Caramel Sauce and crumble in 6 cookies.
- Beat with the hand mixer again for about 20-30 seconds.
- Divide into two glasses and top with whipped cream and chopped pecans.
