BBQ Ribs Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 racks baby back pork ribs
- 2 tsp. kosher salt
- 2 tsp. coarse black pepper
- 1 C. water
- 2 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
- 1 ½ C. Grandma’s Sweet and Spicy BBQ sauce
Directions
- Preheat grill to 300˚F using one side of the grill. Leave the other side for indirect heat.
- Clean grill grates and rub with oil.
- Pat baby back ribs dry with paper towel then use another paper towel to grip and remove the silver skin from the back of the ribs.
- Sprinkle the top of the ribs with the salt and pepper.
- In a large disposable pan, add the water and vinegar.
- Place the ribs, meat side up, in the pan and cover with foil.
- Place on the grill over indirect heat.
- Cook until ribs reach 180˚- 190˚F.
- Carefully remove the ribs from the pan and place over direct heat, top side up. Discard the pan and liquid.
- Brush half the BBQ sauce over the top of the ribs and grill for 4-5 minutes.
- Brush the remaining BBQ sauce on the ribs and grill an additional 3-5 minutes or until a nice crust has formed.
- Remove ribs from the grill and place on a large cutting board.
- Allow to rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
