  1. Prepare the Rich Shortbread Cookies as directed.
  2. Prepare the Grandma’s® Molasses Salted Caramel Sauce as directed.
  3. In a medium bowl, beat the ice cream with a hand mixer for about 30 seconds to slightly soften it.
  4. Drizzle in 4 tablespoons of the Molasses Salted Caramel Sauce and crumble in 6 cookies.
  5. Beat with the hand mixer again for about 20-30 seconds.
  6. Divide into two glasses and top with whipped cream and chopped pecans.
