Mom’s Ginger Cookies Recipe

Soft and chewy ginger cookies that will have everyone asking for more. Recipe courtesy of Sue Hoagland.

Cook Time: 30 Minutes
Yield: 48 cookies

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, whip together wet ingredients.  Mix in dry ingredients.
  2. Mix together well and refrigerate overnight.
  3. Roll out on floured area and cut out. Sprinkle sugar on top.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
