Molasses Vegetable Glaze Recipe

Ingredients
- 1/4 C. butter, melted
- 2 Tbsp. Grandma’s Molasses
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
Directions
- Whisk all ingredients together.
- Toss cut vegetables with mixture to coat.
- Roast on a sprayed sheet pan at 425 degrees until tender.
Suggested use on: Brussels sprouts, carrots, sweet potatoes, broccoli, cauliflower, acorn squash, butternut squash, asparagus, sugar snap peas
