Ingredients

  • 2 – 1 lb. pork tenderloins

 

Marinade:

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the marinade ingredients.
  2. Whisk until well blended.
  3. In a large resealable bag, add the two pork loins.
  4. Pour in the marinade.
  5. Place in the refrigerator and allow to marinate for 8 hours or overnight.
  6. Prepare your grill for zone cooking – one side medium high heat and the other side unlit for indirect heat.
  7. Remove the pork from the marinade and allow any excess to drip off.
  8. Place the pork loins on the direct heat side for 2-3 minutes.
  9. Rotate the pork loins, cooking each side for 2-3 minutes, until all four sides have been browned.
  10. Move the pork loins to the indirect heat and cook for 15-18 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 140°F.
  11. Remove from the grill and place on a large cutting board.
  12. Tent the pork loins with foil and allow to rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving
