Grilled Pork Tenderloin Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 – 1 lb. pork tenderloins
Marinade:
- ½ C. beef broth
- 1 C. yellow mustard
- 1/3 C. Grandma’s® Molasses
- ¼ C. honey
- 2 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. Spice Islands® Garlic Powder
- ½ tsp. Spice Islands® Onion Powder
- ¼ tsp. coarse salt
- ¼ tsp. Spice Islands® Black Pepper
Directions
- In a large bowl, combine the marinade ingredients.
- Whisk until well blended.
- In a large resealable bag, add the two pork loins.
- Pour in the marinade.
- Place in the refrigerator and allow to marinate for 8 hours or overnight.
- Prepare your grill for zone cooking – one side medium high heat and the other side unlit for indirect heat.
- Remove the pork from the marinade and allow any excess to drip off.
- Place the pork loins on the direct heat side for 2-3 minutes.
- Rotate the pork loins, cooking each side for 2-3 minutes, until all four sides have been browned.
- Move the pork loins to the indirect heat and cook for 15-18 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 140°F.
- Remove from the grill and place on a large cutting board.
- Tent the pork loins with foil and allow to rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving
