Gingerbread Marshmallow Treats Recipe

Ingredients
- 6 C. toasted rice cereal
- 10 oz. marshmallows
- 3 Tbsp. unsalted butter
- ¼ C. Grandma’s® Molasses
- 1 tsp. Spice Islands® Ground Saigon Cinnamon
- ½ tsp. Spice Islands® Ground Ginger
- ½ tsp. Spice Islands® Ground Cloves
- ¼ tsp. coarse salt (1/8 tsp. table salt)
- sprinkles, optional
Directions
- Spray a 9×13-inch pan with Baker’s Joy® Nonstick Baking Spray and set aside.
- Measure out cereal and set aside.
- In a large saucepan, combine the remaining ingredients.
- Over med-low heat, stir constantly, until the marshmallows are melted, and the mixture is smooth.
- Turn off heat and immediately add pre-measured cereal to the pan.
- Stir well to completely coat the cereal.
- Transfer the mixture to a prepared pan. Use a silicone spatula or wooden spoon lightly sprayed with nonstick spray to press the mixture evenly into the dish.
- Add sprinkles to the top, if desired.
- Allow it to cool, then cut into bars.
