Spicy Peanut Dipping Sauce Recipe

- A spicy Thai-style peanut dipping sauce great for meats, vegetables or any type of cuisine.
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup chicken stock
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- 2 tbsp Original Molasses
- 1 tbsp ginger (minced)
- 1 garlic clove (minced)
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 1/2 tsp chili flakes
- 1 tsp red curry paste
- 1 shallot (peeled and chopped)
Directions
- Place ingredients in blender or food processor. Blend until smooth. Refrigerate.
- Use sauce on your favorite meat or vegetable. Enjoy!
