Almond Butter Protein Bites Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 C. unflavored Greek yogurt
- 1/3 C. unsweetened almond butter, well blended
- 2 Tbsp. Grandma’s®️ Molasses
- 1 ½ C. dark chocolate chips
- 3 tsp. coconut oil
- 1/3 C. toasted, sliced almonds
- 1 Tbsp. coarse salt
Directions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment or waxed paper and set aside.
- In a bowl, whisk together the yogurt, almond butter and molasses until fully combined.
- Scoop heaping tablespoons of the mixture out onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Place sheet in the freezer for at least 30 minutes.
- Just before removing the bites from the freezer, in a microwave safe bowl, combine the chocolate and coconut oil.
- Microwave in 30 second increments, stirring each time, until smooth.
- Remove bites from the freezer.
- Dip each bite in the melted chocolate, coating completely, and remove with a fork.
- Place back onto baking sheet and sprinkle the tops with almonds and coarse salt.
- Repeat with all bites then place the sheet back in the freezer for a minute.
- Enjoy while frozen!
