Mom’s Ginger Cookies Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 sticks butter or margarine
- 1 egg
- 3/4 cup Original Molasses
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 3 cup flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- 1 tsp ground cloves
- 1 tbsp ginger
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
Directions
- In a large bowl, whip together wet ingredients. Mix in dry ingredients.
- Mix together well and refrigerate overnight.
- Roll out on floured area and cut out. Sprinkle sugar on top.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
