Banana Whip Topping

A banana frosting for your cakes.

  • Main Ingredient: Bananas


  • 1 egg white (unbeaten)
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. Grandma's® Original Molasses


Place all ingredients in a small-bottom mixing bowl. Beat vigorously with an electric or rotary beater until mixture is light and fluffy. Serve at once over squares of hot gingerbread or cake.
